Ruby delivered her litter today, after 14.5 hours of nesting and 3 days late. She picked the one time when we all needed to be away from the farm. Jeremiah sacrificed attending Eleanor’s 2-year well child visit to attend the farrowing. Ruby did a great job and is nursing her litter of 9 piglets as I write this. 
Eleanor, as usual, is a phenomenal farmer, getting right in there to help the little ones learn to nurse and learn to stay out of the way/warm
